Notable Location(s):
The Stubborn Barnacle- A tavern in Booty Bay (Neutral City) where peoples from all walks of life come to drink.
The Stubborn Barnacle consists of two floors. The first floor is a large dining and bar area. Tables are situated around a small stage in the middle of the tavern where entertainment is provided some nights. The Bar is up against the far wall of the tavern where they keep every type of drink you could imagine (except water). There is a open threshold behind the bar that leads to the storage room.
To the right of the bar are stairs that lead up to the second floor. The second floor is an inn of sorts, with six rooms that follow down a long hallway. Each room is furnished with two beds and dressers.
